Central Billing Associate

Accounts receivable with a twist! One of Winnipeg’s fastest growing employers requires a Central Billings Clerk for the Winnipeg Head Office.

This position requires significant technical savvy as you will be working with a variety of programs and with large quantities of data. Duties include:

• Download and sort customer remittance information
• Receive, deposit and issue receipts for funds received
• Apply customer payments to outstanding invoices to agency accounts
• Integrate paid invoices from receivables to payables and issue payments to agents
• Follow up and resolve outstanding issues
• Set up and maintain customers and agency accounts
• Sustain positive customer relationships
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

You have a minimum of one years experience with either high volume AR or AP. You have proven experience managing large quantities of data. Your thought process is methodical and you love to find all the pieces to a puzzle. This position will require ongoing communications with some of our clients biggest customers. As such customer service and communication skills will be key to your success.
