| Director of Financial Systems Kick it up a notch with this newly created position! Reporting to and supporting the CFO the Director of Financial Systems will be responsible for ongoing accounting operations. Duties include: • Final review of financial statements • Preparation and delivery of Board Reports • Interaction with regulatory bodies • Mentor and coach members of accounting team • Coordinate, organize and lead the audit process • Ongoing projects as assigned. You have completed a professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CA) and have a minimum of 5 years senior level post designation experience. A combination of other education and related experience may be considered for the right person. You are detail oriented and have proven experience analyzing financial statements and reporting on findings. You are comfortable working with non-accountants to accomplish goals and can communicate effectively in this environment. This is a growing, and dynamic organization. To be successful you will be comfortable with change and capable of taking on and leading new and exciting projects with confidence.
