Marketing Manager Role: Full-time salaried position. The Marketing manager is in charge of all special events bookings, from coordinating with clients to budgeting. They are also in charge of all external and internal marketing efforts including dealing with the media, liquor reps, and any third parties. They are the face of 4Play Sportsbar, and we are looking for someone who is personable, creative, organized, and drive. Work hours are from 9am-5pm, however you may be required at other hours for special events. Responsibilities: • Manage Website • Manage Social Networking Outlets: Facebook, Twitter, etc. • Monthly Newsletter Creation • Develop Promotions internally and externally • Make sure all creative is correct and current • Field all incoming inquiries for event bookings • Create budgets for customer’s special events, including all details of the customer needs. • Create monthly snapshots for the managers to see what is up coming • Book all talent • Deal with all media inquiries • Inform staff and managers of current promotions • Liaise with Liquor reps to create promotions Salary will be based on qualifications.
