The Position: Our Customer Service agents are customer focused individuals who enjoy meeting challenging goals. You would be working in our inbound contact centre, on a part-time basis, receiving a high volume of calls from our RBC clients. This position involves sitting for extended periods of time, listening to clients over the phone, resolving their concerns and identifying their needs, offering value-added services. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will demonstrate the four essentials of customer care and provide superior responsive execution and delivery of tailored client transactions. In addressing the primary needs of the client, you will provide RBC solutions through discover process and recommend services and products to meet the client's needs If you have a customer orientation and are computer savvy, this is the role for you. Hours of Operation: Our centre is open from 7am to midnight, 7 days a week. We are looking for candidates who are available to work a variety of shifts, based on the needs of the business, within these hours. This position is permanent part time.
