Technical Director The Technical Director supports and provides consultative services to Hill Top’s clients, Business Development and clinical sites. The Technical Director serves as a qualified principal investigator on clinical studies, creates and reviews clinical protocols and reports, ensuring technical excellence. The Technical Director acts as a key training resource for employees in technical and regulatory areas; takes a leadership role in establishing, developing and maintaining standardization of all study methodologies; publishes in scientific journals, creates scientific posters, and gives formal presentations at professional meetings. The Technical Director may visit clients and will attend scientific and industry conferences. The Technical Director interacts with regulatory agencies and may serve as an expert witness to defend technology/methods used to support product claims. Qualifications: Masters Degree required; Ph.D. preferred. Post-graduate work in the field of dermatology or related field. Clinical or scientific research experience required. Experience in technical writing, scientific presentations preferred.
