Accounts Receivable Associate

We are on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable professional. Our client in the manufacturing industry has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Associate. Reporting to the Coordinator your primary duties will involve:

- Applying large payments to multiple invoices utilizing two different programs;
- Creating deposits;
- Issuing debit and credit memo’s as required;
- Communicating with regional teams to solve problems and trouble shoot potential issues.

This position requires a significant amount of analytical ability combined with the desire to be accurate and foresee potential problems. This is an important role that can impact client relationships. Accuracy and the ability to apply judgment is key to your success.

Ideally you have 3 years accounts receivable experience. Preferably dealing with large customers and making applications to many invoices. You are familiar with issuing debit and credit memos and have a keen eye for detail.
