| Intermediate Accountant Are financial reporting and analysis your strengths? Do you question why? Do you want to work for a community minded organization that embraces it into their corporate culture? Our client has an immediate opening for an Intermediate Accountant. Duties include: • Reconciliation and analysis for a large portfolio of general ledger accounts • Monitoring of controls and identification of risk areas • Being on the lookout for process improvements • Ad hoc data extraction and Excel analysis • External reporting. You are pursuing an accounting designation (CGA/CMA), have experience with all aspects of the accounting cycle, and are able to follow the origin of transactions. Your Excel skills are exceptional, experience with report writers would be an asset. You have a natural aptitude for financial reporting and presentation—logically presenting technical data in a manner that senior financial and non-financial users can utilize. Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley or C-198 would be an asset. This is a community minded organization with room to grow. The compensation plan is both generous and unique!
