University/College Students - Promotional Representative Are you fun, hip, outgoing and memorable? Do you enjoy the night life, concerts, meeting and interacting with new people? Our client, a large marketing/promotional organization is looking for candidates to represent McDonald’s as promotional representatives. The successful candidates will be an integral part of a promotion that will interact with consumers while generating excitement and encouraging participation in our exciting contest. Successful candidates will educate consumers about the promotion and McDonald’s new 24 Hour service in the Winnipeg area by creating fun interactions in an exciting environment. We are looking for responsible, driven individuals who enjoy interacting with young adults and work well in a team environment. Applicants must be self-motivated, flexible, inspiring, energetic patient and of course fun! Most importantly, we want people who connect with youth of today and can understand the stresses of being a student, juggling two jobs, final exams, late nights with friends and so on. Knowing your way around a cell phone wouldn’t hurt either. We are seeking 8 Promotional Representatives and 1 Team Leader. If applying for the Team Leader role, previous experience should demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills including reporting with computer skills along with a valid drivers license. While previous promotional experience is an asset, it is not necessary for any of the roles. Must be of legal age to enter an establishment where the minimum age of 18 is a requirement. University/College/Post Secondary students’ applications are welcomed. This promotion will take place during November 17th through December 14th. Shifts will include mainly evenings and weekends with an occasional afternoon shift. Hourly rate of $18 per hour ($20 per hour for Team Lead)
