Fund Accountant

Our local client seeks a Fund Accountant to join their department. This position involves the valuation of a significant asset base. Duties include:

• Verifying the reliability of information through analysis and reconciliation of large complex amounts of data
• Working within several computer systems to gather data
• Contributing to process focused initiatives
• Preparation of internal and external financial reporting.


You have keen eye for the smallest detail and take pride in the accuracy of your work. Your detail oriented nature allows you to be comfortable working with multiple systems verifying critical information. This position would be well suited to a Bachelor of Commerce graduate who is pursuing a professional accounting designation. You have a minimum of 4 years experience in progressive accounting positions. Experience with securities would be an asset. You are comfortable with deadlines and can set priorities within variable workloads.
