Physical plant and maintenance manager

Reporting to the CEO, the Physical Plant & Maintenance Manager will be an energetic leader with proven operations skills, a focus on customer service and the ability to effectively manage, motivate, and empower his/her team. As a member of the leadership team, the Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the operational, maintenance and repair of the physical infrastructures. This includes supervising subordinate trades and the maintenance of buildings, ground, machinery, equipment and parking lots.

Selection Criteria:
Minimum of 5 years demonstrated leadership experience in plant management and maintenance;

Desirable experience in a healthcare, facilities management, budgeting and process improvement

High energy, self starter, customer focused and innovative;

Experience in working within unionized environment;

Ability to speak and read in French and English or willingness to undergo language training.
