Credit/Accounting Clerk - Fast paced and dynamic organization!

Do you enjoy people and making decisions that will impact day to day business activity? Our client has an immediate need for a Credit/Accounting Clerk. This is a very fast paced environment with multiple interruptions to the daily routine. Duties included:

* Hands on credit and collections, including making on the spot decisions, and negotiations that will ultimately impact the delivery of goods;
* Processing and application of deposits;
* Full cycle accounts payable of non-inventory items and expense reports;
* Bank reconciliations;
* General office maintenance duties.

This is a fast paced environment that requires a high level of customer service resulting in multiple interruptions. You must be able to multi-task and refocus your attention easily. As the Credit/Accounting Clerk you have several years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger experience, a related college education and proven customer service skills. You genuinely enjoy interacting with internal and external customers to provide win-win solutions. Experience in a wholesale distribution environment would be an asset.
