Field Sales Trainee, Document Solutions Established in 1866, Reynolds and Reynolds provides software, services, business forms and training solutions to automotive retailers worldwide. We are currently seeking an entry-level Field Sales Trainee to join our Document Solutions team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The successful candidate will learn the overall sales process and products and will, upon completion of training, be assigned his/her own territory. Job Responsibilities: • Sell Reynolds and Reynolds products and services to existing customer base while simultaneously developing new business through proactive prospecting and cold-calling • Assist existing sales representatives while learning overall sales responsibilities, accounts, territories and solutions offered • Collaborate with dealership personnel to identify sales opportunities, recognize new product needs • Develop and maintain customer and sales information records • Provide customer service and resolve customer issues • Maintain and increase personal knowledge of applicable product applications via training, documentation and self-study Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or three-year College diploma • Enthusiasm, commitment, adaptability and self-motivation • Organized and personable with excellent communication skills • Able to travel extensively with up to 75% travel • Valid Canadian Driver’s Licence and excellent driving record • Must be open to relocation across Canada • Must be able to travel to the United States for company-paid training • Previous sales or automotive dealership experience is an asset Why work for Reynolds? • Full benefits package provided including medical, dental, vision and pension • Company car, paid travel expenses, laptop and Blackberry provided • Work from a home office, managing your own schedule and accounts • Extensive training is provided on our solutions, company and industry, including several courses at Reynolds University in Dayton, Ohio • Vehicle purchase discounts with GM and Ford To apply, please submit your resume to [email address below].
