Customer Service Technician

Job Description:
 Install and service automatic lubrication (auto grease) systems, on trucks, trailers and mobile construction equipment at assigned locations, including customer locations
 Conduct warranty and customer service calls meeting our minimum Customer Service Standards
 Inspect equipment and provide technical support for sales in quoting special projects
 Provide training and support to internal and external customers
 Maintenance of installation tools, service vehicle and inventory levels necessary to perform installation and service work
 Completion of required paperwork in a timely manner
 Maintain an organized and clean work area
 Training of customers as necessary while at installation locations
 Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:
 Minimum high school graduation
 Previous mechanical experience
 Strong customer service and communication skills
 Self starter, takes pride in performing quality workmanship
 Electrical, welding and fabrication experience is an asset
 Clean driving record
 Acceptable reference checks

Groeneveld provides training and certification
Travel is required, Groeneveld service vehicle provided

Remuneration : Dependent on experience & qualifications
