Inside Sales Executive

Due to our tremendous growth and exciting future opportunities, we are currently looking for an ambitious, self-starter to join our sales team as an INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE in our Winnipeg office. This is a full time opportunity, with a competitive benefits package and excellent income potential.

The objectives of the successful candidates will include:
-Interacting with senior-level executives of U.S. & Canadian based companies and developing positive rapport
-Responding quickly and efficiently to inbound sales leads generated from various company marketing campaigns
-Identifying and prospecting potential clients to generate new large business accounts
-Maintaining and updating prospects and clients in the 24-7 INtouch Customer Relationship Management application including proposal writing. 24-7 INtouch uses Microsoft Dynamics as our CRM tool.
-Adding to our company’s rapid growth by being persistent in getting appointments and closing new business. Our marketing department does provide a limited number of leads but up to 15-20% of time should be used for prospecting.

Minimum Requirements include:
-Minimum Bachelors Degree required
-At least 2 years of work-related experience in Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing
-To effectively sell our contact center services you must have excellent communication, grammar, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the telephone
-Ability to work effectively within a professional sales team
-Strong personal planning and work organization skills
-Skilled at identifying decision-makers and building executive relationships
-Ability to respond quickly and intelligently to customers’ questions/concerns
-Knowledge and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools

We will provide:
-A CRM tool to manage your clients and sales activities including forecast
-Access to search and download thousands of businesses, including up-to-date information on executive contacts, performance, current competitors, and company strategies.
-An aggressive commission structure -Friendly and dynamic office environment, where all employees are encouraged to express and implement their ideas.

Salary:
-$24, 000 base salary plus commissions and Benefits
(2008 average commission was $60,000+)
