Plant Manager - Food Manufacturing

$2000 CDN referral fee offered subject to 90 probationary period. Referral fee may also be used to benefit professional chapter, charitable donation or

Position - Plant Manager
Location - Winnipeg Manitoba
Salary - 6 figures plus bonus
Experience - minimum 5 years Plant Management experience.
Relocation Package offered for candidates outside Manitoba

Qualifications:

1. Management and supervisory experience of plant staff
2. Knowledge and experience with HACCP, Quality, Environmental, Safety and Employment Standards
3. Excellent communication and leadership and planning skills. ( Problem Solver)
4. Proficiency in SAP and MS software
5. Exposure and Experience with continuous improvement operations through waste reduction, equipment optimization, cost reduction.
6. Mentor, train and develop all reports.
7. Ability to set and meet performance targets with ability to work with financial statements.
8. University Degree - Engineering, Operations MBA nice to have
9. Professional certifications such as APICS, SME, nice to have...
