| Manufacturing Engineer Our client is a medium-sized manufacturing company based out of Winnipeg. Well-established in their industry, they have an opening within their organization for a talented early to mid-career Professional Engineer. This person should be energetic, knowledgeable, values driven with a keen desire to learn. The Manufacturing Engineer will report to the General Manager and be responsible to: •Learn and master the Toyota Production system under the guidance of the General Manager and a TPS consultant •Implement the Toyota Production system and mentor and teach staff, primarily shop floor personnel on this methodology •Manage improvement projects and achieve specified results •Opportunity to advance to Production Leader •Proven experience with process improvement As the ideal candidate you have: •A Mechanical Engineering degree or a Mechanical Engineering Technologist Diploma •3 - 5 years experience in process improvements If you would like more information about this position, please contact Cindy Delisle, Senior Consultant, Management Search at (204)934-8845 if you believe you can make a strong contribution to this organization in the role of Manufacturing Engineer. | |
