Kitchen Craft Cabinetry was founded more than 30 years ago in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It is now sold in
hundreds of stores in Canada and the United States featuring two lines of cabinetry, Integra and
Aurora, for the kitchen, bathroom, home office, laundry and throughout the home. In 2002, Kitchen
Craft became part of the MasterBrand Cabinets Inc., offering multiple lines of modular, semi-custom
and custom cabinetry. It is their mission to provide beautiful cabinetry for homes and offices and
strive to assure that their cabinetry brings customers an unrivaled level of value, quality and
craftsmanship.


The Opportunity

Reporting to production management, the Production Supervisor provides effective supervision and
leadership to hourly associates or others as assigned. The supervisor will ensure effectiveness and
efficiency of all aspects of performance to achieve the short and long term goals of the department
including safety, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
