PRODUCTION CONTROL CLERK Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Control Clerk prepares, estimates and documents the flow of work and materials throughout the production process. The Production Control Clerk also compiles, verifies, records and processes forms and documents, in accordance with established procedures, guidelines and schedules. This includes assisting production team members with identifying material and work variances. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 to 2 years related experience in a mid to large sized office environment. Having a post secondary Diploma or Certificate specializing in Production Management, Office or Business Administration is preferred, however a combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in a steel building manufacturing environment is also preferred. A positive individual with strong organizational abilities, accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills are essential. The successful candidate will be able to work independently or as a team to complete projects/assignments with demanding timelines. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is an asset.
