| INSIDE TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE Canada Culvert is a national supplier of steel drainage and highway construction products. Canada Culvert has the following career opportunity in Winnipeg, Manitoba. INSIDE TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE The successful candidate of this dynamic and exciting new role will build strong, effective customer relationships with new, existing and potential customers by providing product solutions, initiating customer contact, responding to customer needs and requirements. As the successful team member, you will provide direct customer care with our customers, accurate sales quotations, sales order preparation, inventory management, and related inside sales and customer service administration. The ideal candidate has a community college diploma (technical discipline) with previous experience in the heavy construction industry and/or similar products and services. Strong math/technical aptitude, high attention to detail, bidding and estimating experience and the ability to read drawings and/or perform material takeoffs is a definite asset. Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, organizational and basic computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. The ability to work independently, with little or no supervision and work effectively within a fast-paced team environment is also required.
