Handyman

Troubleshoots and performs minor repairs on issues such as plumbing, carpentry, small appliances and various other building related matters. Paints and repairs drywall. Ensures that common areas of commercial buildings are clean and well maintained. Travels to different properties in downtown Winnipeg and ensures that buildings are maintained in good physical appearance.

Plumbing and carpentry experience; Minor electrical experience is an asset; Troubleshooting experience necessary; Painting experience; Portrays a professional image; Strong communication skills due to frequent contact with management and tenants; Ability to be bonded; Criminal records check.

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour + Group Benefits 40 hours per week / day shift M-F /some on-call hours eves & weekends
