Details:
4th Class Power Engineer 4th Class Power Engineer FT- responsible for the operations and maintenance of 5 commercial buildings & 4 multi-unit residential properties. Electrical, plumbing and mechanical work (boilers, chillers, HVAC). Responds to tenants requests for repairs and or service and ensures that they are carried out in a timely manner. Day shift, on-call every other weekend & eves. $19.23-$21.15 per hr + group benefits. 4th class certification + 2 -3 years of experience in a commercial environment or equivalent combination of knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be able to demonstrate a significant level of knowledge of HVAC, Chiller operation, automated building and lighting control systems, computer based preventative maintenance systems.
