| Customer Service Canada Drugs.com, a successful online pharmaceutical service is currently offering the following full-time opportunities: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – 10AM -8PM The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will deliver World Class Service; promoting mutually beneficial products, services, and sales to patients so that each new and existing client continues to make Canada Drugs their Pharmacy of Choice. The Customer Services Representative is progressively cross-trained with the goal of being able to fill any position in the department. Principal Duties &Responsibilities: 1.Meet or exceed established targets on converting new and existing patient calls to sales 2.Available to work varying shifts as required by CanadaDrugs.com and accurately reflect hours worked in CanadaDrugs.com systems 3.Create a “seamless” experience for patients by assisting co-workers in all departments 4. Continually work to enhance the company’s vision of Ethical, Accountable and Innovative. Ensure all actions help the company to grow as the global leader in providing prescription drug savings Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: -Exceptional sales/persuasion/negotiating skills to convert customers and close sales -Excellent customer service skills with the focus on the benefits of the optimized order for the customer -Minimum of intermediate computer and internet usage skills including accurate data entry. -Professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and team player skills. -Minimum Grade 12 education or, GED Equivalent -Call centre experience is an asset -Spanish Bilingualism entitled to premium The hourly wage is $11.00 with a shift premium of $1.25 after 4:00pm, Monday to Friday and $1.40 premium for all hours worked on the Saturday or Sunday.
